Greenbelt Land Trust has an immediate need to collaborate with a videographer in capturing high-quality stock video of Greenbelt properties and natural features.
Greenbelt Land Trust is a local land conservation 501 (c)(3) nonprofit organization focused on protecting ecologically, agriculturally, and historically significant lands in the mid-Willamette Valley. We work strategically to secure significant natural areas in accordance with a careful plan. We strive for connectivity, linking protected natural areas with parks and public spaces to provide wildlife corridors, protect valuable natural resources, and expand opportunities for low-impact recreation and renewal.

We are seeking quality stock video for use at a later date in various public-facing communications. 85-100% of video collected will be outdoors. 75% of this videography project will focus on collecting B-roll (handheld and drone) of Greenbelt properties and key elements on the properties that emphasize the value and heart of our work and the beauty of the land and its ecosystems. About 25% of this videography project will consist of a small number of stakeholder interviews which Greenbelt will schedule, prepare, and direct.
The short window of time, August to early October, is aimed at collecting video content during good weather.
Contractor consideration will begin on August 27th, 2019
This project has a budget of $7,500.00 for videography work. The contract between the videographer and Greenbelt Land Trust will include clear deliverables and timelines to be negotiated in precontract communications prior to the final agreement and the written contract. This is not an hourly project.
