Planning for your family’s needs is not easy. It takes expertise and specific knowledge. Greenbelt Land Trust invites you to join this lively and interactive workshop with local estate planning expert, attorney Ron Marek. Find out all you need to know to re-evaluate your current plan or to get started. This workshop provides a small group setting in which you will be guided through the essentials that should be considered when developing a will or estate plan. Ron has worked with individuals and couples from all different walks of life to create plans that make sense for them. Ron will be covering:
Wills and Trusts – Power of Attorney – Charitable Bequests – Tax Laws
As one component of the session, we will be touching on how critical planned giving can be to an organization like Greenbelt Land Trust to ensure that our communal vision of healthy lands, clean water, and access to nature are carried onwards for generations to come.
