      Calling all local history buffs! Come and learn more about the fascinating history of Bald Hill Farm, from Kalapuya through western settler migration. We'll delve into the world of the extensive Mulkey family whose name graces the property's creek and ridgeline, and trace back local tales through oral and written documents. Space is limited to 30 for this free event. This will be a slow, easy walk with many stops and considerable standing.

Use Your Camera to Learn More About Nature

        This interactive workshop will cover ways you can use your camera—whether it’s a phone, pocket camera or DSLR—to learn more about nature. Learn how to get sharp, usable images and where you can get help identifying the species you've taken photos of. Did you know that most phones, and many cameras, can record sounds and that can help you identify birds and other nature sounds? Bring whichever camera you have.         Sky High Brewery and Pub will donate $1 for every pint sold and $2 for every shirt and hat sold from 4pm to closing to Greenbelt Land Trust. Sky High Brewing and Pub has been such a strong supporter of Greenbelt and we’re grateful for this opportunity to partner again.
