DESCRIPTION:Mighty Acorns – come explore outdoors with us! \nWe hope you can join us for a morning of exploration and adventure!  This time we will learn about pollination and then we will plant native flowers in the fields at Bald Hill Farm. \nWe’ll start with a story and introduction to the process of pollination and then we will head out to help our local pollinators by planting native flowers in the fields at Bald Hill Farm. Then we will return to the farmhouse or pavilion to create paper flowers that you can take home. \nWhat and Where? Planting for Pollinators at Bald Hill Farm. Bathrooms are available at the beginning and end of the event. \nWhen? Saturday\, November 21\, 2026\, 10 am – 12 noon \nWho’s Invited? This is an exclusive event for Mighty Acorns and their families!  Not a member yet? Sign up to join the club HERE and we’ll have your welcome packet at this event! \nWhat to wear/bring? Dress for the weather! We will be walking out into the fields\, so long pants and closed-toed shoes is the way to go.  If it is wet\, keep in mind that we will likely be kneeling in the grass as we plant flowers.  Please bring a water bottle and snacks if you want. Also bring your curiosity! \nSpace is limited\, so you need to register in advance. All children must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.
