Kingston Prairie Willamette Daisy Planting Work Party
Join Greenbelt and Institute for Applied Ecology staff and fellow volunteers for a work party planting Willamette Daisy (Erigeron decumbens) at Kingston Prairie.
Willamette Daisy is an endangered daisy species present only within the Willamette valley. Willamette Daisy populations have been in decline due to loss of prairie habitat and competition from invasive plant species. IAE and Greenbelt both work to restore prairie habitat and Willamette daisy populations at multiple sites in the Willamette Valley and we're excited to be engaging the community in a joint event.
