Join Greenbelt for a morning of birding and exploring two beautiful properties located just north of Corvallis in the Soap Creek Valley. This will include Soap Creek Oaks which is now protected forever via a conservation easement with Greenbelt Land Trust and the adjacent property whose owners have restored wetland, oak savannah, and more! Caryn Stoess from Corvallis Audubon Society will be our bird walk leader and we will also be joined by the landowners who can share first-hand the habitat improvements that have been made over the years. During the tour we will walk approximately 1.5 miles along trails over uneven ground and up/down inclines.
