Hike Together – Fitton Green and Mulkey Ridge Trail

Hike Together with Corvallis Multicultural Literacy Center (CMLC) and Greenbelt Land Trust, Saturday, June 14th, from 9:30 – 11:30 am at Fitton Green Natural Area.  The Hike Together series of hikes is a fun way to explore local trails and natural areas and an opportunity to build community with people coming together through both the CMLC and Greenbelt Land Trust.

We will hike in Fitton Green County Natural Area along the Allen Throop Loop and Mulkey Ridge trails. This is a moderate hike of about 3 miles with some moderate elevation up and down on gravel and dirt trails. It is mostly in the full sun and features panoramic vistas and a view of Marys Peak, wildflowers, and big trees. There is a portable restroom available at the trailhead.

We will hike at a relaxed pace, stopping to enjoy the views, look at plants and animals, and talk about the history of Fitton Green Natural Area.

Please dress for the weather and bring a water bottle.

NOTE: Transportation is not included when registering for this hike through Greenbelt Land Trust.

I hereby release and discharge Greenbelt Land Trust, its directors, officers, employees, partners, affiliates, and successors, as well as the real property owner (if not owned by GLT) from any and all liability or responsibility for any such accident or injury I might sustain in connection with the actions of the outing. I assume all risks associated with my activities and the activities of others, associated with the outing.


I authorize Greenbelt Land Trust to use photographic images and video taken during the event for promotional purposes without any further consent or approval. I understand that my name and contact information are not shared nor sold outside of Greenbelt Land Trust. Any contact information I share with Greenbelt Land Trust is kept private and confidential.


By signing I acknowledge that I have read the foregoing Liability Release Waiver and understand its contents; that I am at least eighteen (18) years old and fully competent to give my consent; That I have been sufficiently informed of the risks involved and give my voluntary consent in signing it as my own free act and deed; that I give my voluntary consent in signing this Liability Release Waiver as my own free act and deed with full intention to be bound by the same, and free from any inducement or representation.
