Kincaid’s Lupine Planting at Bald Hill Farm

Want to help a rare plant species? Join Greenbelt staff and fellow volunteers for a work party planting Kincaid's Lupine  at Bald Hill Farm on Tuesday, March 19th, from 10 am to 2 pm.

Kincaid's lupine is a threatened plant species that makes its home within the Willamette Valley. Kincaid's lupine populations are rare due to loss of prairie habitat and it needs our help to reestablish, especially because it is an important host species for the threatened Fender's Blue Butterfly. You can help Greenbelt Land Trust work to restore prairie habitat, Kincaid's lupine, and Fenders Blue Butterfly populations by joining us for this event!
