Greenbelt recently completed the final two phases of a four phase project to restore oak savanna and prairie habitats in Mulkey Forest and make the forest healthier and more fire resilient.
Tour the project with Greenbelt staff and see how the land has responded to the work over the last ten years. We will walk on gravel roads as well as on uneven terrain uphill and downhill during this tour. Please dress for the weather and bring some water.
