Tap Talks Corvallis- ‘Tales from the Trails’

August 7, 2017 @ 7:00 pm - 9:30 pm

Grab a beer and join us for ‘Tales from the Trails’ during the next series of Tap Talks Corvallis at the Block 15 Brewery & Tap Room!

Who doesn’t love trails? But what happens when you combine public access with sensitive wildlife habitat or endangered plant species? Can people, wildlife, and plants get along? Hear from Greenbelt’s Michael Pope and Jessica McDonald as they share their own tales from the trails. We’ll explore the power of community conservation and connecting people to protected lands at places like Bald Hill Farm. See how Greenbelt has navigated complex recreation issues and planning for public access on protected lands.

Tips for the event:
– Plan to get there 20-30 minutes prior to 7 pm. Seats fill up quickly!
– Order your beverages and food before 7 pm. You can always get refills during the presentation, but ordering before 7 will help avoid delays.

Come with your enthusiasm, curiosity, and questions to join us for this month’s installment of Tap Talks Corvallis!

We’ll see you there. Cheers!
