  Greenbelt Land Trust's 31st Annual Meeting is about YOU — our members and friends!  Each year we celebrate you and the critical land conservation work YOU make possible. Together, we'll reflect on the successes and challenges of 2019 and look ahead to 2020's exciting projects and programs. All are welcome to this free event. We look forward to spending the evening with you at the First Presbyterian Church, Dennis Hall addition.

Wildflowers Live from Kingston Prairie

Join Greenbelt's Outreach Coordinator Matt Benotsch for a live look at the wildflower bloom currently happening at Kingston Prairie preserve. This virtual tour is part of the Corvallis Sustainability Commission's Natural Areas Celebration Week.  We will be going live from the Greenbelt Facebook page but you do not need a Facebook account to participate. Conservation Book Club Online – H is for Hawk

BOOK CLUB MOVES ONLINE The most recent meeting of the Greenbelt Conservation Book Club was postponed a few times, so thank you for your patience. We are bringing it back on May 21st, and moving it online! We will be discussing "H is for Hawk" a memoir from Helen Macdonald, who turns to the training of a young Goshawk in the wake of her father's death. We will set up the online platform, you read the book, and log in ready to discuss it. Sign up here to save your spot and we will send you more details.

Members Virtual Happy Hour

We're moving our annual happy hour online until we can get together again. Grab a drink or a snack, log on, and let's get to know each other. Join us for a live performance by Rob Birdwell to celebrate Get Outdoors Oregon Day and keep the tradition of live music on the land going!   Although Symphony on the Land is canceled for this year, we hope to see you all in person in 2021, and in the meantime we are bringing you Music on the Land - local musicians performing live on beautiful Greenbelt lands.   First up is Rob Birdwell, Corvallis musician, composer, and songwriter extraordinaire. He'll be playing live on the Greenbelt Facebook page on June 6th at 6 pm - don't miss it!  

Eco Printing Online with Chris Bentley

Join talented artist Chris Bentley to learn about the art of eco printing, in which plant materials leave unique signatures on fabric or paper. Music on the Land Online – Anne Ridlington

  Although it is canceled for this year, we hope to see you all in person for Symphony on the Land in 2021, and in the meantime we are bringing you Music on the Land - local musicians performing live in beautiful settings.   Join us for a live performance by cellist Anne Ridlington on Saturday, June 20th, at 7 pm. on our Facebook page. Anne is principal cello of the Eugene Symphony and a member of the Corvallis-OSU Symphony and often performs with the Corvallis Repertory Singers.  

Soils! Online with James Cassidy

What lies beneath our feet? It's much more than just dirt!     Join Greenbelt and OSU's Dr. James Cassidy for a presentation on the underground world from its creatures, to its soil and beyond. How does this sub-surface environment influence water, plants, animals, and people above ground?
